Depends on your mindset, and/or where you are on your journey. This year begins with strange feelings. 2016 and now 2026.....I will share what I did to cope, along with a plan for a hopeful year. I want to share with you some information from a meeting I was in this past week with a person from the Colorado Office of Suicide Prevention and Colorado Dept. of Health and Environment. The discussion was about how Colorado is trying to be proactive in suicide prevention across all communities.
